Chloe Leis is a Director of Photography currently studying at Chapman University.
In this interview, she describes a handy way of utilizing Unreal Engine for the pre-production phase of making a film. While the program has mainly been used to create video games, Chloe talks about its potential and the advantage it brings to the film industry, allowing her to pre-light her environments and show her team previews of what their ideas would look like on set. By using this tool, many unforeseen issues might arise, allowing the crew to prevent them, which saves alot of time and energy on set!
